Suspension Noise

Well, both of my rear struts are offically blown. I have the Racing Beat Dual tips, and on the highway, I get MASSIVE road noise. I can hear almost everything. Now my question is, would blown struts transfer noise into the cabin? Or should I also replace all the upper mounts when I switch out the the struts? Or is it just the bushings? Any Ideas are appricieated. I mean I dont think the car had this much road noise from the factroy, its unbearable sometimes.

TIA,
ALI
