suspension bushings

Has anyone found a source for polyurethane rear suspension bushings? This would be intermediate between the stock rubber and the LaBreck unobtanium.

They don't exist; just like the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus.

DamonB- You have the Pettit toe links. Is there much increased ride harshness? I know that the heim joint trailing arm and toe links are available from several sources, but I do not want to use them if it is going to make the suspension feel and sound like a metal-to-metal stock car suspension. Roads in western NC are not exactly silky smooth. Ron A.

I notice no ride harshness whatsoever. Once the stock bushings are worn anyway and are clanging around you'll feel so good with the new solid toe links. The trailing arms I would expect to be noticeable because you loose the impact absorption of the big bushing at the front of the arm, but that is a complete guess on my part. I notice no noise or harshness at all with just the toe links.

suspension bushings

DamonB- Thanks for the info. My stock bushings are not really worn much yet, but I am trying to firm up the handling of the rear end, without creating a tooth-jarring ride like in my GTUs.
I guess if I had been paying attention when the JL bushings were available, I would have got them.
Ron A.
