Are stock FD front sway bar studs serviceable?

I had my front sway bar out while replacing my tie rods and doing some other steering/suspension work, and I noticed when I began reinstalling it that the stud on the right side had broken off where it's supposed to protrude from the end link. Are these studs replaceable, or am I in need of a new sway bar?

They don't come out with a stud extractor and the end, complete with thread, is swaged into the tube.....you're up for a replacement bar.
