Steel braided brake hoses standard on the FD?

Steel braided brake hoses standard on the FD?

Just checked mine today and found that my car has those front and back. I suppose these are not standard on a FD? Also I found out that the L and G bolt(rear brakes) were installed the opposite, what happens when the bolts are the opposite, the calliper doesn't move correcly or?
