SSR professor Sp1's

Ok, I have an oppertunity to get a killer deal on some 19x10's/9's SSR professor SP1's in mint condition for my fd. These rims came straight of a 350z and almost fit the FD perfect. although in the rear the offset is about 6-7mm past the rear fender. would it be worth it to have them proffessionally milled down to the right offset? Being that these are forged rims, I am assuming that I will not be hurting the strength at all. I dont know, i need some input.

FYI, the Z32 300zx's (and most likely the 350z's) have a 66mm centerbore vs the FD's 67mm centerbore, so you'll have to contend with that as well.

Milling only gets you up to about 5mm I think. There needs to be plenty of room for the lugnuts to seat. But if the pros say it's fine, then I guess it should be. :p

BTW, center bore is fine as long as SSR wheels use hubcentric rings, which most of them do. Just pick up a set of hubcentric rings to fit the FD.

you guys are right about the ring. The 350z hub ring is smaller however, we were able to take the ring out just for fitting purposes. It wouldnt be much to put the ring in the lathe and bore that out a touch.
