Spring Install - now the ABS light is on

Just installed my Eibach springs this past weekend.

Now my ABS dummy light is on. I was careful not to tug too much on the sensors as I did not want to disconnect them.

If I had to say, the fronts recieved a lot more pressure than the rears.

Anyone know what could have caused this? Should I just check the connections?

Yeah I'd say a front sensor wire most likely got yanked too hard. I've seen other people post on here with the same problem (installed shocks, now ABS light is on).

Just get a new wire?

If so, I should do S/S Brake lines while I'm at it.

I don't know about a new wire? It probably got pulled out of the connector. I would see if someone has the front two for cheap and replace them. Someone was just selling them a while back.

abs sensor is about $300 from mazda so stick with ebay and the for sale section here. you can always test to find out which one needs replacing by measuring the amount of resistance between the two terminals.

Why do people just not remove the sensors from the hubs when they work on the car Remove one bolt and you can slip the dang things out and not worry about hurting them...

i freed up the sensors from the front shocks, but could not un-clip them from the car.
