was bored and did a google search and found this place. i wonder how much it cost to ship to US from UK. whats the price converted to US? still seems under $2000 for double adjustable shock with remote resevoirs.

Those are pretty nice. At the current exchange rate those are $3000. If I had the money I might have looked into these. Nice find.

There was discussion about these on miata.net some time ago and apparently they're known in the rally world. I'll always question some new company that I've never heard of. For $3k you can get some pretty good known name brand stuff, like Ohlins, Zeal, and probably even something like Koni 2812's.

i got an email from pete at hotbits:
The DT2 street kit with top mounts $2502us including shipping.

5 sets ordered will get 10% off. The only other way to save larger is to ship by sea, then you need at least 10 sets. This takes 6 weeks shipping but drops cost around $200 per set.

Rebuilds are $75 per strut/shock plus shipping and are done in our US service centre in Michigan.

There's a pro rally guy on the Galant VR4 forum that is the authorized Hotbits dealer/repair guy for USA. I can get you his contact info if you're interested. I also purchased a set of their camber plates through their Canadian dealer.
