Sketchy: Will the Gt3's fit?
Alright, I keep turning over in my head whether the SSR Gt3's will fit on my FD.
The sizes of the rims are:
18x8.5 up front with a 37mm offset, and
18x10 out back with a 41mm offset.
My car has tokico illumina 5 way adjustables and i plan on putting eibach springs from my old car that'll lower it by about an inch.
Now Tirerack's "recomended" tires are:
235/40 front
265/35 rear
Now lemme explain my last car which will then get into why im so concerned.
Last car was bought with a gorgeous set of Racing Hart C2's:
18x8 front 42offset 235/40
18x9.5 rear 45offset 275/35
Stock shocks, eibachs....
That car rubbed terribly when entering parking lots and anything steep. Both front fenders were pulled out which makes me very concerned about the gt3. This time I would most likely run 35 height all around and I would likely wish to run 285/35 outback, but it is beyond me how this will fit with the offsets tire rack offers. I question whether even the recomended tires would make it.
So the question is what do you guys think? Also will rolling the fenders ::Sigh:: do the trick. Much appreciated.

I have that setup on my car, but with 255's in front and 285's in back. The 235/265 combo is a little taller tire height than the 255/285 which is stock height. I rolled my front fenders and have had no problems with the rears, but My car isn't lowered yet.
