shock decision with lowered FD

I am going to buy the H&R springs to lower my FD and was wondering what type of shocks I should get.

1) I do not autocross my car
2) It is my daily driver, so I am not looking for anything too harsh
3) I do not want to spend a small fortune for the shocks. I am not saying that I want to buy the cheapest shock out there, but I am looking for something that will work well and not break me.

Any suggestions and rough price estimates would be appreciated.

Thanks

Ryan

So which struts are the best, because my tokico's 5 ways are rough with the 1 inch lower. Can someone help?

Try setting it to 1. The softest setting. I found it to be a little soft for my liking. Mine is at 4 front and 3 rear. My car is also lowered. We're talking about a sports car here, not no luxury car. If you find 1 to be too rough, something is wrong. Because at 2 front and 2 rear, it feels like stock. At 3 front and 2 rear, it feels like R1 suspension.

The Blisten hard shocks are nice, you don't even have to worry about adjusting them, it does it for you! Plus thet can be had for about $100.00 a shock.
