I will be very honest...I am not a fan of ROTAS...but your car looks good. As others said...if you go aggressive offset, you need to LOWER the car for the full effect.

...Truth be told...I actually recieved a lot of crap from everyone when I mentioned getting ROTA's for the FD....I own a tuning shop... and have access to EVERY brand of wheel under the sun...and tried countless ways to get this look without going "cheap"...but what I kept finding was the inability to get the offset/sizing I wanted to get the look...some companies were backordered indefinately...others discontinued...it was a nightmare...I then was given the chance to test fit a set of ROTA's that a friend had ordered in the sizes I wanted..(for his 300zx) ....and once i mounted them on my car I knew it was the right choice....I was also impressed by the quality and finish these wheels were in...So I understand your feeling "weird"...(even jokingly)...I did at first as well...but the fact of the matter is, If the quality, fit, finish and over all experience is good with these wheels....I am more than happy to give the company credit for solving my demands..so in short, Im rocking the caps.

I'm know how it feels, I'm going through the same thing at the moment. No wheels available at the sizes and offsets that I want. It's frusturating and after some time you get desperate start considering wheels that you'd never consider before. You were lucky yours look good. I just hope I'm also lucky finding the right wheels for my car.

Wan, for the rears this obviously wouldn't be a problem but up front it is unless you get some Feed front fenders. Then you can basically run the +38 front and rear.

Otherwise with stock FD front fenders you'd still need a +48 offset or something in the 10" up front, rear isn't a problem with stock fenders and a minor roll.

Thanks. I'm still on stock fenders and I dont want to get wider fenders just to fit some wheels. My track setup is 18x9.5 +50 SSR GT2 w/ 265/35s all around. It works perfect but I rarely drive the car on the street because I dont want to risk getting a nail or something in my track tires. I was looking at Rota's for street use and to mount my spare street tires on.

hello!

I love how the tires are! very gross!!
I have some questions

Should we expand the wings to put these measures of wheels?
If so, the tubiste what to do?

I'm thinking of riding 18x9, 5 front and back, but I'm eating the head with et and I'm crazy!
ET I have to be put 235/40-18 -255/35/18?

I hope to answer
greetings and thank you very much!!

Word. That's what I like about Rota. You can call them up and get just about any size and offset and the quality is pretty decent I think compared to their competitors.

Yeah interesting translation but you gotta give him props for trying. I've said some crazy stuff in Japanese before: "hop-pe" is a brand of beer "Hop-pai" is *****, very easy to confuse when you're ordering what you want!

WA important question

I love these wheels and have been wanting to put these on my Fd and i know the +38 is the biggest offset they come in so my question is will these fit up front with out a spacer or is a spacer used to make these work and is there fender rolling involved to fit these or is that all dependant on the tire ran? if i could get an asnwer that would absolutly amazing, my Fd Is down bc well no tread and washington state wet roads around a corner, well it seems to blow the beed right off your tire! so sooner the better! i really appreciate it guys!
