Help on my FD and a rx8

i was just curious if

Factory rims and factory seats bolt right up to my fd?

i know someone has to know or do i need something else. Rub issues etc...

The wheels fit just fine. I'm not sure if the tire sizes are correct, but the wheels fit with the correct offset.

The seats *can* fit, with some custom work. They definitely will not "bolt right up".
