Do FD rims fit on an FC with or without spacers?

Got a set for free and want to put them on my TII

This has been covered dozens, if not hundreds of times, I beleive it's even in the 2nd gen FAQ, the SEARCH is your freind.

They need about a 1" spacer in the front, rears fit ok apparently.

I searched under keywords: fd rims on fc but found nothing? Anyway I appreciate the help.
