Ride Height Question - FD

sorry for the somewhat stupid request but..

i'm thinking of changing the fd's rims from 16 -> 17 inches, and right now i am on stock springs with tokico shocks. at the moment the car sits kind of high and the rear to is much too high, but the FEED bumper i have pretty much necessitates the front height for any reasonable street-use.. is there a feasible way for me to somehow keep the bumper at the same height or just a very very slight bit lower while lowering the rear end? I have a set of Eibach springs as well, does anyone know how much they lower the car by? If its possible i would like to install the springs and maybe have the tires a certain size so that the front bumper stays at the same height, but lower the rear end a little.
