Replacing shocks & Springs Saga Part 1 WITH PICS!!

I have an R1 that I am replacing the R1 shocks with eibach pro kits and non R1 shocks. Today I swapped out all the springs at school. When I got home I noticed something. One of the springs was upside down in the shock! Damnit!!! I am retarded.

Another issue I have is that the spring perches are not level. Is this a problem? You can see that they are cockeyed in the following pictures.

These are the 2 front non R1 shocks, I am guessing that the Eibach logo is supposed to be facing up, and also, I did not put the rear springs in the front did I?

I apologize in advance for my ignorance.
