Removing control arm bushings-- T2

Anyone have any better ideas to get these off? I imagine I can press the round one out, but the larger D shaped pieces I've resorted to cutting the rubber down to the steel sleeve, and I've got one sleeve carefully cut. Is there any kind of solvent that will degrade the rubber yet not damage the aluminum arms?

Would a penetrating lubricant like Liquid Wrench or WD40 help?

Any help appreciated!

Talking Solved!!

I soaked that end in lacquer thinner for about 24hrs. Thankfully, this broke the bond between the inner rubber portion and the arms end. Clamped it in a vice for gription, and it twisted off!

The cylindrical bushing with sleeve pressed out quite easily.

Now on to the right front!

Hope this helps someone.
