Recoating Powder Coated Rims

I have a set of 16" ADR DTM rims that are powdercoated white. The roads in Canada have not treated these very well and I want to get them redone. Is there any possible way to get them re-powder coated?

I would get them sandblasted and then re-powder coated. I can do it for $240 for four wheels (this price includes blasting, base color coat, clear coat, return shipping, and insurance). Go to the thread below for more info.
