RE-Amemiya Quantum RS Coilovers

I have these already fitted to my FD i have bought. Does anyone have these? Are they any good? Are they easy to adjust? Any help would be appreciated.

They are used on the RE-Amemiya FD, which is one of the fastest tuner shop cars on the Japanese circuit right now
