RE Amemiya AW7 w/ Amemiya Suspension

Hey guys,

i wanted to know what size of tires and spacers i would need to be able to drive without stretching the fenders. I don't mind rolling the fenders & quarter panels if needed.

When i tried them on without spacers and without tires, the front wheels were not even bolting because the inside of the mags was touching the shocks.
And on the rear it was barely 1mm from touching the "rear arm"( I'm not sure how they are called.)

Like stated, i have a complete RE Amemiya track suspension, and the wheels are RE Amemiya AW7.
From what i saw on the inside of the rims, the "specs" are as follows.

Front (small lip): 5x114.3 , 8.5" , and offset +11
Rear (large lip) : 5x114.3 , 9.5" , and offset +22

Does the offset sounds right ???
My friend had them on his FD before giving them to me. I think he had spacers on too.
But he had them inverted, the one with +11 was in back, and +22 in the rear.

Anyways, the more infos and help would help me greatly.
Thanks guys ,

Bruno

Can you post a picture of the specs thats on the wheel sticker? Most RE-A wheels that Ive had/seen have been a +32mm offset I believe. That being said, if yours really were +11 and +22, they would be sticking out past your fenders, not the other way hitting your spring or trailing arm.

there's no stickers, they are stamped on the inside of the mag.
they are hitting the shock, and sticking out.

Sorry, for some reason in your first post I had just assumed you had an FD. Im a bit fuzzy on FC wheel sizing, but still I wouldn't think a 17x8.5 +11 should be close to the strut perch. I was running a 17x8+32 on my FC with a 235 tire up front with no rubbing. It may just be the way the suspension is sagging with it jacked up. I would try and verify those offsets.
