Racing hubs

i wanna get racing hubs on my 93 rx7. you know the kind where it takes one BIG *** nut to hold your wheel on. i am pretty sure that the pettit race car has them..like 99.9999% sure but, its to late to call pettit now so i figured i would ask you guys too.

Pettit (i believe) will can do a center-lock hub conversion (their racecar does have it).

BUT,
In addition to the hub, you'll need to have upgraded brakes w/ a 2-piece rotor so that you can have a custom rotor hat made for each corner.... that would mean an e-brakeless setup in the rear until the 99' spec 2-piece upgrade deal is complete.

You'll also need wheels for centerlock, which will mean custom racing wheels like Forgeline, Fikse, Volk magnesium, and other... figure at least $1k per wheel.

Prolly some other stuff i haven't thought of... i seem to recall JUST the hub conversion being on the order $900 per corner. Throw 4-5k worth of custom brakes on there, and at least 4k worth of wheels on there (no tires).

yea i am going to get the volk mags... so i figure if i am giong to spend that much, why not spend a little more and get the racing hubs

Well if you have the cheeze, give pettit a call. Theres really no off the shelf kit, so they are the ones to talk to about whats in volved.

PLEASE post what you find out w/ prices/parts list!!
