Racing Hart type C2

Hey All, i have a quick question. I was always told, any rims with rivets cannot be powdercoated, correct? But then, i saw a pic of this FD with the C2's mesh part powdercoated gunmetal. Does Racing Hart offer these rims with the center coated like this?!?!? These rims look wicked all silver, but with the center coated like that, looks downright evil, and goes very well with the car

I plan on getting a set for Christmas in 17x9.5 ff and 17x10.5 fr, and was wondering about that. If Racing Hart doesnt, how would i go about coating the center?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Chris-

Those might not be powder coated but just painted... but powder coating like that is possible, if you have heard that you cant do things with rivets cant be coated its probably because in sharp grooves while charged the powder wont go in there do to eddy (sp?) currents. If you just spray those areas without charge then its possible.

Sorry TPC, i've been busy the entire week and a half wrenching away and sanding my FD down, getting her prepped to save me a few bucks when she gets painted.

As for who's car it is. . .im not sure, but he is on this forum, BUT, here are some more pix

btw, TPC, i got the original pix of it from you, before i beileve he had the 99 front, bc everything else matches up perfectly between the 2.
