bought some Privat Fahren wheels 18X8 and 18X9 for my FD. Offset is +40mm all around.

Now i'm wondering what tire size is best. I dont race the car, its only used on street.

i thought.. 235 40Zr18 front, 275 35zr18 rear ..

any ideas?

Running a 275 in back will be REALLY close to the fender lips. For the sake of better balance, better clearance, and more accurate speedo, I would run 235/40 and 265/35.
