Questions about my current setup
I do not know the details on the suspension on my car, I bought it this way. In other words, I do not know the spring rate. My issues are when cornering my front end slips out. (Under steer?) And on the freeway if I hit some ruff road, my car bounces like hell. It is a stiff bounce, not like blown shocks. I would like to soften it a bit. Here is the info.
Eibach springs front and back
Tociko Blues front and back.
Suspension Tech Sway with Poly front and back.
18's with Z rated tires.

check the tire pressure for one. over inflation would cause loss of traction.
Eibach springs and tokico shocks are pretty soft in my opinion. Have you checked the shocks whether they leak or not? Are you sure they're not blown?
And what kind of tires are they? Size? I know some tires are stiffer than others, giving a harsher handling feedback.

If you want a softer ride then get smaller wheels. 18" wheels leave very short sidewalls, and the tire is part of the car's suspension. Taller sidewalls will give more when they hit a bump, sending less force into the chassis, and into you. Having the tires at the proper pressures will help too (~32psi is about right)
The Eibach springs are said to ride very softly most of the time.
Most FC's will understeer when pushed. It's much safer and easier to control. Driving style actually has a large impact on whether a car understeers or oversteers. If you want oversteer you need more roll stiffness at the rear. That means softer front springs, or front bar, or stiffer rear springs or bar.
Another possibility for the harshness is if the springs have been cut. That'll cause them to hit the bump stops a lot, leading to ride harshness.

my tires are 235 40 18's. It is not so much my tires, but the overall stiffness of the ride. It feel like there is no give in the front. No flex.
One tmie I lost a jack on the front right passenger side when the tranny fell off my chest. Knocked the jack out from under the car. The car did not move. That is what I mean by stiff.
I do not think the springs have been cut, the ride sit a bit like stock in height.
