17x9, with a 28mm offset. Will these fit all the way around on a FC? Im assuming it will stick out past the fender a tad, but noting rolling the fenders out cant cure. But I think it may be rubbing the struts , up front at least. Im generally horrible at calculating offset clearnace issues, so if someone could help me out thatd be great. Thanks.
