Would the 17x7 37mm all around work on the FD? What kind of tire size should I put on this wheel?

NO!

Those wheels are skinnier than stock. An FD isn't a Civic.

The question asked is if that fitment would work, and the actual answer is yes. He'd be an idiot to buy those wheels, but they *will* clear.
