Pros/Cons K Sport Kontrol Coilovers

So I've been searching the forums for information on K Sports. It seems as though people try to avoid K Sports, and I'd like to know why exactly. My boyfriend runs K Sports on his s13 and they seem to be just fine. I want to lower my car (FC currently sits at stock ride height) and I'd like to be able to set up the suspension for drift. Any ideas?

Depends on what is the definition of "just fine". If always being last and and "finishing" a race is "just fine", then K-Sport works I suppose.

K Sports are entry-level coilovers. I think they're okay for what they are.
