Problems with car shake during turns..

Hey guys, I am hopeing somebody can help poitn me in the right directions for solving my problem.

When doing gradual left turns I sometimes start to get a problem where the steering wheel shakes to the right and left almost bumpy back and forth. It never happens on hard turns, but only on slight left turn liek goign around a bend in the road. The car seems to shake a little as well. I don't seem to see this during right turns. Also I most see the problem while accelerating into a left "turn"

I am not sure how else to describe the problem.

Thanks for any input...

John

Thanks,

I just checked on mazdatrix.com (http://www.mazdatrix.com/hsteer2.htm) and They have the Outer tie rod end. I assume this is the same thing? Is it advisable to replace the right and left one at the same time? I am not very familiar with steering components.

I am at work and have not checked in the FSM yet, but is there a way to check these componets while the car is on Jacks?

Is there any other componet I shoudl look at replacing while I am doign the tie rod ends? IE easy to do and worth while /other things that tend to go bad at the same time?

John

First things to check would be the tie rod ends and the balljoints.
