Question Opinions on these offsets?

18x8.5 +30 Front, 18x10.5 +15 Rear

Would these work assuming a roll my fenders?

the rears gonna need more than a roll, but the fronts are good with a roll

No good.

I suggest 18x9.5 +38 or +45 front. Depending on your fender mods and size of tires.

As for the rear: 18x10 +38 with grip tire: 265 and wider. Just roll the rear fenders.

What is your objective for both looks and performance? drifter or gripper? form or function?

Would these sets work better with the FEED front and rear fenders?

I'm looking for looks and performance, little more then the flush look. I was planning on pulling the fenders out for front and rear but maybe I should consider the FEED fender kit?

I've also seen people pull off 18 x 9.5+20 235/40 18 x 9.5+20 265/35 by just rolling the fenders front and rear as well...
