Ok this is going to be a bit wierd...

I am posting on RX7Club about my VW, because the people on VWVortex.com are ******** and will not help me. My Power Steering pressure line broke and I ordered a new one. I am having difficulty getting the Banjo Bolt off but I only have Sockets, Pliers and an Adjustable Wrench. A 7/8 socket seems to fit over it (which is wierd because its a metric bolt). I would guess the real size is a 22 or 23mm but don't have one for the socket. Like I said, the 7/8 socket will fit over it, but leaves no room for a ratcher. Looks like a clear job for a wrench. Gonna have to unjew and get myself one. Now the Banjo Bolt is supposed to be easy to get off (which it is not for me yet) and the line attached to the rack is supposed to be hard (gonna be harder on jackstands...no room to begin with and then working from my back! Fun!). was told many different stories. use a crowsfoot...use a line wrench...a 16 mm wrench should work fine. wondering if anybody has done something like this and could help. also, like I said I got no responses on VWVortex.com and have always had better success with fellow rotorheads for getting help. Any input would be appreciated because I am stressing about this crap.
