whats are the offsets of a stock 1987 FC?
and what is the lowest it can go stock?
what is the lowest it can go if my suspension set up consist of Tokico blue shocks and R-SR lowering springs

Offsets mean little without widths.
If you're talking about differing offsets, I'm assuming you're talking about aftermarket wheel, since you cannot "adjust" the stock wheel offset.
Stock offset should be +40.
