Odd brake wear
Can someone help me out with this. The pads are only wearing the rotors in two places on the outside of the fronts. The insides and rears are wearing just fine.
Take your pads off and take a good look at them, while they are off look and feel the rotor for any kind of warping ect. It looks to me that it is a pad problem. are the pads seated correctly?

The pad/rotor combo has been on the car for a while. Maybe when I pulled the calipers off last year the pads didn't reseat right or I accidentally put them back on opposite sides.
looks like the caliper slider is siezed. take out the pads, and the outer part of the caliper should be able to slide freely left/right (as soon from the front/rear of the car)
chances are the pin they slide on is rusted to hell. if so, pull it apart, sand it, grease it, put back together.
