new suspension on FC, Why all the noise?

Hi guys,
I recently installed Suspension Technics lowering springs (0.8"), AGX adjustables, and energy suspension bushings.

It has this noise, like a creaking. I know it's just rubber on rubber. But it's really annoying. It's mostly in the rear shocks, but I hear it from the front when turning too.

Anything I can do about this?

Also, I have ordered the rear caster and camber parts for adjustment. Can some one post a really good alignment setup. The car is mostly street, but i will be doing AutoX also. So I'd like to save tires, but still hook up in the turns.
i'm running 235/45/17s all around.

Thanks

Could be your new bushings for they tend to squeak a bit. Did any of the bushings come with lubricant?

""polyurethane bushings will squeak when they rub, ie, whenever the piece they are fitted on moves. you need to get something to lube them up to keep them from squeaking. there are also some brands that have black "graphite impregnated" polyurethane bushings which are supposed to be less squeaky.""

Lube the sides of the front control arm bushing where they rub against the subframe mount. This is where to squeak comes from.

I did lube them with the included lubricant. But I guess I can get under there and hit them again.

What about the alignment? anyone have any suggested settings?

zero toe all around, 1 degree camber in back.
unless you get camber plates, you'll have crap front camber and the car will understeer no matter what you do.
