Standard setup to clear STANCE COILOVERS. hehe shameless plug for ya Risky.

Based on those offsets go with:

18x8 +28, 225/40/18
18x9 +30, 255/35/18

No fender mods needed no abnormal camber needed. Rears gonna be real close so it comes down to alignment and lowering. If you want to feel safe, go with the +38.

Doesn't seem like any of the 9" have good offsets to clear coilovers up front, that's strange.

I can vouch for the sizes that Rishie suggested. (18x8 28mm/18x9 30mm)

Just to give you an idea of the rears, these are 17x9 30mm wheels with 245/40/17's.

werd up.... Looks like there's plenty of room but you've got some camber there in the rear. If you put it back to stock camber settings it'd be pretty flush i think with the stock fender and a 255 size tire.
