need help with wheels

I want some 18's with decent weight, and affordable price. Im look for something that weighs 20-26lbs. Dont know exactly how much Im will to spend though. It would be nice if I could find 3 piece. Anybody have any ideas

Volk te 37s are nice, they weigh in at just under 20 a piece. Not 3 piece though.
