CA Need Help FD 37 offset

I was wondering if i can fit 19x9 with a 37 offset in front 19x10 in the rear 37 offset. I talk to a few wheel guys and they say yes . But the wheel fitment guide says i would be to much fwd space by -0.05 LMK if anybody has the same setup or offset Thanks Le

It's easy to fit with the right tire sizes. Might need rolled fenders at best.
