My wheel/tire setup on my FC, help me decide if Ill rub

Alright, Im going to be running a set of Mustang GT wheels on my FC, which are 17x8 in a 24mm offset. If my estimations are correct, this means the wheel will be sticking out past the front fender by 29mm (if someone could check me out on that, Id appreciate it) So, obviously Im going to need some more clearance. Im thinking going with the corksport wide front fenders, which claim 30mm more clearance. So if I run a 245/45r17 tire up front, will there be any chance of me still rubbing with that extra 30mm of clearance from the fender? My car is slightly lower than stock (1" or so) with Tokico struts/springs. Thanks..

Ok..let me word this a little differently. Im not concerned about it rubbing the fender, I think Ill be fine with the extra 30mm clearance the CS fenders give me. I want to know if Ill be rubbing on the inside, on the springs. According to this:

http://toy4two.home.mindspring.com/offset.html

a 17x8 in a 24mm offset will give me 3mm more clearance on the inside. I know a 235/45r17 will fit without rubbing, because a forum member has that size on his FC, on the mustang wheels. Will I be safe with a 245?

245's will be too wide, I think.
I'd rather stick with 225/45/17 tire for the 17 x 8 rim up front.
