My Suspension sucks.
Okay, my suspension feels like it wants to rip apart the car in half.
I got a 86 FC, and it's not rusted at all its just every time I go over bumps it feels like it wants to collapse on me. Should I go with coil overs, and replace the bushings, plus what else is a good recommendation to get in order for my car to not have any type of body roll, and just acquire stiff handling throughout corners ?

For just street driving something like Eibach springs and some non-adjustable shocks like Tockico Blues would be a good start, then if you want stiffer get some sways, like the ones from Eibach, Suspension Techniques or Racing Beat. Also consider replacing all the bushings, they're going to be in pretty bad shape by now and will contribute to the bad feeling.

besides a bushing kit/shocks/springs there are many other items you want to consider replacing or inspecting.
at the minimum, i would also add outer tie rods and lower balljoints to the priority list.
there are also various links/joints/etc on the rear end with sure to be worn components. at the minimum i would inspect (or outright replace/delete) the rear dtss bushings, and check condition of rear subframe bushings and the differential mount (which likes to break... alot).
i would also check the rear sublink, rear control link, rear lateral link, and what i believe is a pillowball joint pressed into the rear trailing arm as well (which might as well be replaced if you are doing the trailing arm bushings.)

Coilovers are better if you want to track the car a lot, but for street driving a good shock and spring combo is the way to go, as it'll ride a lot better, be cheaper and will still give a handling improvement.
You can't have no body roll unless you have a solid suspension, besides, stiffening the car to the point that it doesn't noticably roll will make it so rediculously stiff that it'll skip and bounce over bumps and will give you less grip than before.
