My 99 spec rim lost by fedex ;o(

So my mint rear wheels were being shipped to me in a package cosisting of two rim boxes taped together. Well to my unpleasant surprise I received only one of the two boxes and the box without the label had been knocked off at some point and is now most likely sitting in a fedex employee's garage. Ain't life a bit_ _ ....

Fedex is trying to track it down but we all know how that goes. The package of 2 boxes was insured for 600 dollars, we'll see how this all plays out.

Angry

I absolutely HATE FedEx!!! I've received every excuse in the book from, "We made several attempts to deliver but your address doesn't exist" to "Our trucks are too large for residential areas, so we delivered your package to the post office for them to deliver it"

I shipped a transmission through UPS and it arrived with a 8 inch crack in the case. I had it insured for $1,000. It took 5 months of fighting and they only gave me $300

They did their own estimation on it.

I guess it keeps people from shipping a box of turds and insuring it for a $5,000.

Well the good news is that we were able to locate my package in the Alexandria facility and my rim should arrive today. Talk about some rare luck. Well I guess we'll see what kind of shape it's in when it gets here.....
