Arrow Mazdaspeed MS01's tire qusstion

So i have a set of MS-01's. 17x8 and 17x9. And there is a guy selling tires, that are 235 and 265. i was going to run 225 and 255's, but how would the extra width look? Any one not recommend this? Or think its just fine.

Would like to see some opinions, or even pics if you have them (dosent have to be ms01's just 8' or 9' rims with 235's and 265's.)

Cheers,

Mark

235 is going to look a little wide for an 8" rim.
265 is going to look a little wide for a 9" rim.

Keeping close to the stock tire circumference, I have Neova AD07 235/40-18s on 9" wheels in the front and 265/35-18s on 10" in the rear, and all the wheels have a barely noticeable degree of what some refer to as "stretch," but you have to stare at the tires to see it. In other words, with my wheels and tires combinations, my sidewalls are pretty much perpendicular to the tread, without being too wide, or looking like they're stretched, just what some refer to as "normal."

You can use them, your overall diameter will be a bit more...... the car will sit a bit higher, and you'll lose a little gearing, slowing you down. All very minor, but it's not ideal.
