maximum fitment on FD

Hi guys i have a stock body FD and was wondering what the maximum fitment for wheels on the rear are. im thinking of ordering some SSR MS1 with 17x8.5 +37 for front and rears 18x10 +24. Does anyone know if i can go wider in the rear with doing no body work but rolling fenders. Also post some pics of your fitment
my car also has Racing beat lowering springs so i dont know if i can go wider than that

Your offsets are very low and aggressive, and you aren't fitting them with a good sized tire without extensive fender modifications. For rear offset in an 18x10, running a 285/30r18 tire you will want an offset of +45 to +50, bit will require coilovers with smaller diameter springs. Racing beat springs are very soft and not really the best at all for aggressive wheel fitments. Heck, you can rub with stock wheels and sticky tires with the RB springs.

You need to pull the rears. You can also go wider in the front depending on alignment and tire size.

For the kind of fitment you want, you need coilovers too.

You've had to modify the front fender liners though, correct?

The fronts listed (17x8.5 +37) are spot on for fitment with no problems, but those rears are about 15-20mm away from being ideal. Maybe some overfenders?

^ That's true, you do need to get rid of the liners.

But, most people that run maximum or aggressive fitment don't run liners for the most part.

They are gone on my car.

Big G!

removing the fender liners leads to an absolutely filthy engine bay in my experience.

I just picked up some Enkei RPF1s in 18x9.5 +45 for track use (killer deal and couldnt say no) and think I'll rock 255/35 F and 285/30 R, currently pondering on some R888s. Goal is no fender roll (ie no cracked paint) and no messing w/the stock fender liners

+1 keep the liners, you dont want a huge mess in there. Tell us how the R888's work on the track, Ive heard some good things about them vs the RA1's

For a safe but aggressive fitment without rolling fenders or getting new springs, I would recommend 18x9 +49 front, 18x9.5 +43 rear and then run the tires that Goodfella is planning.
