Largest Master Cylinder?

What is the largest master cylinder mazda makes, or that will fit an FD?? Is the Cosmo 20b MC larger than the 929? The 929 is 1" and I have already installed it in my FD but am still looking to decrease pedal travel, it is currently quite good but, in MC's bigger is better for the track, as long as you have the leg power to push it.

Have you adjusted your pedal?

You can have the pedal adjustment set so you have less pedal to push without switching MC's.

Don't know why but the pedal travel on my 91 vert (with hard suspension) seems to have less travel than my Fd. Both brakes are properly bleed too.

Install a brake master cylinder brace. This can help reduce pedal travel and mushiness by more positively locating the MC. I made one and they work.
