kyb vs tokico

i have a set of tanabe gf210's and need a set of struts. lost my chance for a set of cheap koni's so my next option is agx's vs illumina's. i want adjustable but want other peoples personal opinions.

I've always been curious about this question myself, as someone who is mulling over various options, including Tein coilovers and the oh-so-sweet EDFC. But if I were to stick to less expensive parts, would it be AGX or Illumina?

AGX are more easily adjusted in the rear, with a simple reach around the tire to the shock and a twist of the clicking dial.

It certainly is true that there are factions behind each brand's wares, so I'm curious for people's opinions as well.

And if anyone touting Konis could include information about why I always see the Koni products for sale as "inserts" while the other brands are full replacement assemblies, I'd appreciate it.
