Kyb gr-2

Hey Guys,

I purchased KYB GR-2 for my 93' FD on this forum. There were never used and when I received them, I can definitely tell they were not used because of the condition. It looks absolutely clean.

The seller told me that he had them for 8 months or so in the box.

My question is...

So i took them out of the box, and when I press the piston down (pretty hard to press down), all of them will not retract right away. I would have to walk away, and come back later.. then it will be back at it original state. Is this normal? Are these shocks blown? No good? Am i'm missing some thing? Please let me know since the seller is kind enough to let me get a refund if I am not happy with them. I just want to know what the deal is before doing anything with them. Thanks

try and push them down a few more times to see if they are retracting back to original state (hence it's been sitting)

If it doesn't retract quickly after performing the above procedure. Kindly as for a refund.

Really? I've had KYB before, they come back up within 10-15 seconds after pushing down? But I am not sure exactly if they were the GR-2s.

But if someone bought these before and confirmed it's good. Then wallah =).
