Smile Kumho Tires

Hey

Has anybody tried 225/50/16 Kumho ECSTA Supra's on a second gen turbo? I have been told they will fit on the rim fine but is the width including sidewall bulge on these particular tires thin enough to fit between the fender withough any modification?

Cheers

I can guarantee that a 225/50 in any model tire will fit the stock T2 wheel w/o problems. If you have an aftermarket wheel, then it depends on the offset, but can't imagine why it would not work.

The Kumho's will last you a while and are a good bang for the buck. However, don't expect it to handle like an AVS Intermediate, SP8000, or S-02, or Victoracer.

Great Street and occassional autox tire. Has high treadwear rating.
