Koni Yellows and custom rate GCs, what rates?

Im looking to get a set of custom rate ground controls to go along with some Koni Yellows for my FC. The car will be used for autox, daily driving and backroads fun. I originally intended on getting a set of RSR race springs but they wont be available for a while. What is a good rate to go with for my intended uses? The RSR rates are 335lb/in front and 224lb/in rear.

Can't speak to the FC for this setup.

On my FD I have GC with Koni yellows, 550 front and 450 rear.

Works for autox and track days. Not bad on the street though I don't drive my car on the street.

Why not call GC and ask for recommendations?
(That's what I did)

This was part of a post in the Race Tech section about FC suspension:

I'm running them with 400 lbs/in springs in front and 225 lbs/in in back. I wouldn't recommend running more spring than that with the KYBs.
That's and interesting spread of 400F and 225R, I would have expected closer to 300R but who knows. I would do as suggested and talk to Ground Control, see what they recommend.
