Koni Guys......

I recently got my Koni's on with my Tein S-techs. My car has stock sways, fighters garage toe/trailing arms. Killer combo and Ride isnt toooo bad yet very sporty when need be. Im messing with the adjustments here and there trying to see which settings works best for a track type driving. Im going to a Willow Springs this winter but till then I want to get all my adjustments close to perfect so im not messing around too much at the track.

What settings do you guys usually run for the track or for spirited driving? (high speed long turns mixed with relatively tight turns also) No AutoX.

I feel 11/12 in front and 8 in the back is to my liking.
(I count the notches on the Koni adjustment **** from softest to firmest setting)

And for now the Tein S-techs will do as they have pretty high rates for just springs. Maybe ground control in the years to come.

I usually ran full stiff front and 1/2 turn from full stiff rear when I ran Koni shocks with H&R springs on track.

For street, I'd run about 1/2 - 1 turn from full soft at the front and 1/2 turn or full soft on the rear.

When I ran Konis with HKS springs, I ran full soft on the street. On auto-x, I ran full hard on fronts, full soft on rear. At the track, full hard on fronts, and about 1 turn back from full hard on rears. Pretty much like Alberto there.

Alberto, we need to get together sometime.

My setup is a little different (double adjustables on an FC and no street use), but the car handles very well even on full soft all around.
