koni 8611 question

I was curious on how people use the koni 8611 shocks in the rear of a FC, or any other strut with bottom mounting? I've seen pictures or people having adjusters that come off the side, but I was wondering how they do it. Thanks

side adjusters are on modified single adjustable konis (yellows). 8611's have it on the end. i dunno if you can move them, you can always call a Koni service center and ask. I know converting yellow's is pretty damn expensive, and its probably the same amount of work jsut to move the adjuster.

if you must have 8611's in the rear, easiest way is prolly to just remove the shock from the housing to adjust compression. beyond that you're gonna have to get creative with mounting (maybe weld an eye onto trailing arm, and use a fork shock mount?)
