does anyone know if there are any issues?

im looking for pillow ***** and dust seals and some bushings for the fd.

 

I just got a box of stuff from him. No responses to my emails, but the pillow ***** and bushings arrived USPS Priority International ~2 weeks after I ordered.

 

Same shoe here. I ordered the pillows on the 1st week of September and haven't received any update yet.

On the one hand, I tried to cut some slacks to Juan (owner) because a). COVID related supply chain problem could be widespread, and b). he has been genuinely serving the rotary community for more than a decade. No reason to not trust him, plus this man has himself and a family to take care of too.

On the otherhand, some communication would've been great, even words like "not sure when your orders will be fulfilled" would definitely be appreciated. Juan if you see this msg, my car needs your pillows to go to 7stock

 

Placed an order with J-Auto a month ago for a set of pillow bearings. Cannot get in touch with them, calling every day, have sent emails galore. Question is are they real? Are they still in business? Any suggestions?

 

Parts arrived today. Excellent quality and detailed instructions.

Juan has had nice parts and crappy communication for years. I can imagine how this whole 2021 shipping fiasco could be a factor here.

J-Auto is definitely trustworthy though.
