hey what and how is the best way to replce some lug bolts

FC? use 98-02 camaro lug studs.

Best way is to take the hubs off and press them out/press the new ones in. Or you can be a rebel (and risk damaging something) by using a deadblow to knock the old ones out and pull the new ones in with the old lug nuts.
