Normally, I'd say "SEARCH" but I realized they're not in my handy-dandy database (along with a zillion other things), so I need to look it up anyway.
All the FC rims are +40 offset according to my owner's manual. 5x114.3, 15x6.5, and according to a few threads - 11.5 lbs each.
