I'm looking for the best fitment Offset for FD

I'm looking for opinions for the best fitment for my FD. I'm looking at Work Meister S1 2 peice 18x9.5 or 9 for the rear and 18x8.5 front. I just don't know what offset to use, all the calculations are so confusing I would rather get some experienced opinions. I have not yet lowered my car,but have plans to soon after rims, if that makes any difference..thanx in advance for all who take the time to answer this theard..

Cheers All
